Special Requirements
If you would like us to customise
your dog's head, or add a specific
finish, we’d be only too
happy to oblige. If we
request photographs of your
dog from you, please send
these by post.
We are sure you will
appreciate that in order
to achieve the high
hand-finished standards
that we pride ourselves
on our artists may need
additional time. We aim to
despatch any items, which have
been customised or especially finished to your requirements, within 15 working days from receipt of your order.

Dog Heads:
We require at least four
photographs of your: one face
dog on, one of the top of
the head and one
of each side profile
(left and right).
We would also
appreciate a
picture of the
underside of the
lower jaw. Please
ensure that all
photographs are clear and
sufficiently large enough to allow
our artists to capture the true likeness of your dog. Any photographs will be returned to you with your order.

Acknowledgement of your order
It is important to us that you obtain confirmation of your order. Therefore please give us details on how you would like to receive confirmation, either by e-mail, post or phone. If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Gifts
Please let us know if the ordered dog head is a gift, and if you would like us to send it directly to you or to another address. We ensure that no indication of the exact contents appears on our packaging. At an extra cost we can beautifully gift-wrap your dog head, so it can make for a very special surprise.

Returns
We take utmost care to ensure that your goods are well packaged to withstand the postal system, and we pride ourselves on using eco friendly packaging. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact our workshop. We will be happy to help. Please do not return the damaged item to us unless so instructed.
